FAQs
Do you offer a seniors or veterans discount?
Yes, Seniors receive 10% and veterans receive 25% discount on bookings.
Please present a valid ID card on arrival.
What are your check-in and check-out times?
Site check-in is from 11am and cabins are from 2pm daily.
We have an after-hours self-check-in kiosk outside reception for late arrivals.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are permitted on powered and un-powered sites only.
Only registered services dogs are permitted in our cabins; documentation must be presented on arrival.
It is the dog owner’s responsibility to always keep their dogs on a leash. Pets must not be left unattended. The dog owner is solely responsible for their pets whilst on the property.
What is your deposit and cancellation policy?
A non-refundable 1st nights deposit is processed to confirm all bookings.
For any booking changes, please contact us as early as possible to discuss options.
Our policy states we do not issue cash or eftpos refunds at any time.
What payment methods do you except?
We only except Visa, Mastercard, debit and cash payments.
For direct deposit payments, please contact us directly.
Do you have quiet hours?
Yes, we have a noise curfew from 10pm – 7am for the serenity of all guests.
Management has the right to evict any people who don’t follow the park rules.
Accommodation
What do the cabins include?
All our cabins (excluding the Bungalows) are fully self-contained.
We have queen beds in all cabins with air-conditioning and TV.
Do the Bungalows use the shared amenities?
Yes. Our bungalows don’t have a toilet or shower in them. Guests must use the park’s shared amenities blocks for bathrooms and showers facilities which are directly opposite Bungalow’s.
Is cabin linen provided?
Yes, linen is provided for all cabins and guests.
Are pets allowed in cabins?
Strictly no pets are permitted in any of our cabins.
Only approved services dogs with documentation approved by management.
Facilities
What facilities are available on site?
Facilities include:
Swimming pool, kids’ playground, camp kitchen, undercover BBQ area, laundry, 2 shared amenities blocks, public phone, free Wi-Fi.
Is Wi-Fi available and how good is the coverage?
Yes, free Wi-Fi is available on our whole property.
Coverage can be affected by bad weather only.
Do you have laundry facilities?
Yes, coin operated washers and dryers are available.
These machines use $1 coins only, 40-minute cycles.
We can exchange cash only for coins in our reception.
Are campfires permitted on the property?
Strictly no fires are permitted.
Is boat or trailer parking available on site?
Yes, boat and trailer parking is available on our property. Please check with reception prior to your arrival day for suitable locations and availability.
Local attractions
What are the top things to do nearby?
Explore Agnes Water and 1770 many beaches and walking trails, fishing spots, national parks, 4wd tracks, southern Great Barrier Reef Day trips and diving. See our local attractions page for more information.
How close is the beach and is it patrolled?
The beach is about a 20 minute walk each way from the top of our property via a walking track. This beach from our property is not patrolled, please read council warning signs situated before the beach itself.
Can you help with booking tours or activities?
Yes, we can make LARC bookings in our reception
