Happy Mother’s Day

Hello for another week’s blog from the beautiful town of Agnes Water in Queensland. Only a day away until mums everywhere are spoilt rotten and bath bombs are sold out across the country, hope you have your mother’s day plans all wrapped up. Let’s see what is happening in the laid back town of Agnes Water this week.

The weather looks to be hanging around, remaining mostly nice with good amounts of sun. There will be the odd shower or two though. The daily temperatures maintain consistent averaging around the 25 degree mark of the mercury.

Let’s check out the Agnes Water main beach and surf conditions for the week. Waves on the beach at the start of the week will be little ripples, nice for fishing, but the waves should pick up mid-week as the week goes on.

To other happenings at Queensland getaway holiday town and tomorrow, Saturday the 10th of May, the Men’s Open Golf is on at 1770 Golf Course. This Wednesday, the 14th of May, the Agnes Water SES Training will be on at the SES grounds at 6pm.

Unfortunately the home town boy of Agnes Waters own rugby side couldn’t take down the Magpies, in a tight hard fought 38 to 26 loss. The local junior Marlins have launched their own Facebook page, give the page the thumbs up ‘like’.
